RRN RULES & SAFETY POLICIES

Applies to ALL Red Room Nashville Events

Our rules exist to protect our members, staff, venue, and the privacy of our community. By attending an RRN event, you agree to follow these policies and the instructions of RRN management and staff.

🚫 420 / DRUG / INTOXICATION POLICY

Red Room Nashville is NOT a 420-friendly environment.

Marijuana/420 use is not permitted inside the venue.
Guests arriving with a strong marijuana/420 odor or suspected on-site use may be denied entry or asked to leave.
Vaping is permitted; however, any vape producing a marijuana/420 odor is prohibited.
No illegal drugs of any kind are permitted.
Guests who appear excessively intoxicated may be denied entry or asked to leave.
Intoxication is never an excuse for violating RRN's rules, particularly those involving consent, harassment, aggression, or inappropriate behavior.

If management believes you may present a danger to yourself or others, you will be asked to leave.

🚬 SMOKING & VAPING

Smoking is permitted outside the front entrance in the designated area to the left side of the venue.
Please use the provided canister for cigarette butts. Do not leave cigarette butts or other trash on the ground.
Tobacco and non-420 vaping products are permitted inside the building.
Please be courteous to other members when vaping indoors.
Anyone going outside to smoke or vape must comply with RRN's outside clothing and discretion policies.

📱 PHONE / CAMERA / RECORDING POLICY

Cell phones are permitted inside the building because we understand that members may need to remain reachable. However, protecting member privacy is one of our highest priorities.

Phone calls should be taken outside the front entrance.
Lengthy texting or phone use should also be taken outside.
Phones should remain on the table or put away while inside the main areas.
Do not hold or position a phone in a way that could reasonably appear that you are photographing or recording another member.
Staff may give one warning regarding inappropriate phone use. Continued violation may result in removal from the event.
Photography and video are permitted only in designated areas or private playrooms with the door closed and with the consent of everyone who may appear in the image or recording.
Permission to take a photograph or video does not automatically give permission to post, send, or share it. Obtain permission from everyone involved before sharing.
Unauthorized photography, video, audio recording, or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.

If a staff member asks you to put your phone away or take its use outside, please comply immediately.

👗 CLOTHING / CLOTHING-OPTIONAL POLICY

Different areas of RRN have different clothing requirements.

Topless attire is permitted once inside the main bar/dance-floor area.
Full nudity is restricted to designated back play areas.
When leaving a play area, members must return to the appropriate level of coverage for the main club.
Members must remain covered from the waist down while in the main bar/dance-floor area.
Men must wear pants or appropriate bottoms in the main area.
Men may be topless in the main area; otherwise, the regular RRN dress code applies.

ARRIVING, LEAVING & GOING OUTSIDE

You must be appropriately dressed and fully covered anytime you are arriving, leaving, smoking, or otherwise outside the venue. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Do not go outside in lingerie, underwear, partially dressed, nude, or in clothing that unnecessarily draws attention to the nature of the event.

Our privacy and ability to remain discreet at street level depend on everyone's cooperation.

🧹 EQUIPMENT & CLEANLINESS

If you damage or discover damage to a chair, couch, table, play equipment, or any other venue property, notify a staff member immediately.

Accidents happen. Our priority is making sure damaged equipment is inspected before another member uses it.

Please clean up after yourself. If there is a spill, accident, bodily fluid, or anything requiring additional sanitation, notify staff immediately so the area can be properly cleaned.

Never leave an unsanitary or unsafe area for the next member.

❤️ CONSENT & BEHAVIOR

CONSENT IS REQUIRED

Ask BEFORE you touch. NO MEANS NO.

Being inside RRN, entering a play area, wearing revealing clothing, flirting, or participating with someone else does not imply consent.

If someone says no, declines an invitation, moves away, or asks you to stop, STOP.

Aggressive, unwanted, or repeated advances may result in immediate removal and membership review.

Respect Other Members

Rude, aggressive, threatening, harassing, or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated.
Intoxication does not excuse inappropriate behavior.
If you have an issue with another member that cannot be resolved through simple communication, contact a staff member immediately.
Do not crowd, hover around, or interfere with members who are participating in private activities.
If you are unsure whether you are welcome to join someone, ASK.

Main Area

Activity in the main bar/dance-floor area must remain above the waist.

Adult activity below the waist belongs in the designated private/play areas.

Staff may provide one reminder. Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in being asked to leave.

Couples Play Area

The designated Couples Play Area is always TWO IN / TWO OUT.

Couples should enter and leave together. If one partner needs to leave the area, please leave together or remain in your private room until your partner returns.

If a couple wishes to include a single gentleman, please use the designated play area where single men are permitted.

Fighting

NO FIGHTING.

Physical confrontations, threats, or aggressive behavior are not permitted. Members involved may be immediately removed from the venue and may have their membership reviewed or terminated.

Dance Floor

NO DRINKS ON THE DANCE FLOOR.

This protects members from slips and falls.

🔒 OUTSIDE PRIVACY & DISCRETION

When outside the venue, do not draw unnecessary attention to RRN or its members.

Keep conversations and voices down.
Do not discuss the nature of RRN events where others may overhear.
Do not provide information about RRN, its members, or its activities to passersby or patrons of neighboring businesses.
If asked about the event, simply state: “It's a private party rental.”
Members must be appropriately dressed and fully covered whenever outside.

Discretion begins before you enter RRN and continues after you leave.

👥 RESPECT OUR STAFF & MANAGEMENT

RRN staff and management are here to protect our members and provide a safe, enjoyable environment.

If a staff member reminds you of a rule or asks you to stop a particular behavior, please comply immediately.

Arguing with staff, refusing to follow instructions, or repeatedly violating rules may result in removal from the event and membership review.

🚹 SINGLE MALE POLICY

Saturdays & Newbie Night Fridays

Single men must remain in the designated bar-side area unless invited by a couple or group to join them in another permitted area.
When invited away from the bar area, the single gentleman must remain with the couple or group who invited him.
If the inviting couple or group leaves, ends the interaction, or wishes to continue without him, the single gentleman must return to the designated bar-side area.
Single men must respect all boundaries and immediately honor any request to leave an interaction.

Single Male Wristbands

All single men must wear the designated single-male wristband at all times.

The wristband helps members identify single gentlemen and allows staff to properly enforce RRN's single-male policies.

Removing, concealing, or refusing to wear the required wristband may result in immediate removal from the event.

⚠️ SEXUAL MISCONDUCT & MEMBER SAFETY

RRN takes the safety of our members extremely seriously.

If RRN becomes aware that a current member has a documented criminal record involving sexual misconduct or a sexual offense, that member will be notified and immediately removed from the RRN website and community, and their membership will be terminated.

RRN reserves the right to take immediate action when credible information comes to management's attention that may affect the safety and well-being of our members.

RRN MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

These policies are part of the conditions of membership and attendance at our private club.

RRN management reserves the right to deny entry, require a member or guest to leave, suspend an account, or permanently terminate membership when necessary to protect our members, staff, venue, or community.

Management may modify or add to these policies as necessary. Members are responsible for reviewing the current rules periodically.
