Rules & Safety Policies for ALL events

420 / DRUG / DRUNKENNESS POLICY:

  • Red Room Nashville is NOT a 420 friendly environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone bringing a heavy smell/suspected use into the venue. Please respect the venue and the members.
  • While we do allow vaping inside the venue, any vape carrying a 420 odor will be removed and/or members asked to leave.
  • No recreational drugs of ANY KIND.
  • If you come to the club and appear completely trashed we may ask you to leave. We respect your desire for fun but if you are a danger to yourself or others, we will ask you to leave.

SMOKING/VAPING:

  • Smoking is permitted outside the front entrance. As a courtesy we ask that you stand to the left side outside the venue, near the provided canister. Please drop all butts into the canister and not on the ground. Let’s help to keep our entry way clean and neat for other members!
  • Vaping of tobacco and non 420 products is permitted inside the building. Please be mindful and courteous toward other guests.

PHONE/CAMERA POLICY:

Cell phones are permitted in the building as we understand you may need to be reached. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Phone Calls should be taken outside the front entrance.
  • Lengthy conversations via text should be taken outside the front entrance.
  • Phones that are in use (scrolling/texting/photos/video) are not allowed and staff will give one warning before members are asked to leave the venue. This is for everyone’s security so there is less chance of misuse/abuse of the rules. Please respect the staff if asked to put your device away or step outside.
  • Photography/Video is allowed ONLY inside the Photo Booth and Inside Private Playrooms with the door closed.

CLOTHING/CLOTHING OPTIONAL POLICY:

  • Topless is permitted once inside the main bar/dancefloor area.
  • Dare to bare it all IN THE BACK PLAYROOM AREAS. Behind the doors is where you can get as bare as you wish.
  • If leaving the playroom areas for ANY reason, you must adhere to the main room policy.
  • You must remain covered from the waist down while in the main area. Men MUST wear their Pants in the main area.
  • Men may be topless in the main room. Men may not be in a T-shirt, Tank Top or non collared shirt in the main room. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • YOU MUST BE DRESSED AND COVERED AS IF YOU WERE ENTERING ANY OTHER CLUB/RESTAURANT WHEN YOU ARE ARRIVING/LEAVING/SMOKING. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. The security and safety of the venue relies heavily on remaining discreet at the street level. Please do not attempt to go out in lingerie, half dressed, etc. If you wouldn't wear it to dinner, you shouldn't be on the sidewalk in it. 

EQUIPMENT USAGE POLICY:

  • If you break or damage anything (chair, couch, table, play equipment, etc), please IMMEDIATELY bring this to the attention of a staff member. It happens, and that’s ok! Our staff will simply check to see if the equipment needs to be removed from play or if it can be repaired on the spot for the next member to use.
  • Please clean up after yourselves! If you have a spill, a sick accident, a squirting incident…whatever! Please ask staff members if additional cleaning equipment is needed. DO NOT leave a mess for the next guess to walk into.

BEHAVIOR POLICY:

  • No Rude or obnoxious behavior. Drunkenness is not a free pass to break the rules. If you cannot control your behavior, you will receive one warning from staff before you are asked to leave.
  • CONSENT IS REQUIRED. You must have permission BEFORE touching and NO MEANS NO! If you become too aggressive, you will be asked to leave the venue.
  • If you experience an issue with another member that simple communication cannot resolve, please IMMEDIATELY seek out a staff member who will inform the manager on duty. Our team is equipped to resolve conflicts/issues and we are happy to help.
  • PLAY IN THE MAIN AREA MUST REMAIN ABOVE THE BELT ONLY. Play below the equator should be taken to the back playrooms BEFORE it begins. Our staff will give a single courtesy reminder. If you ignore the reminder or are caught a 2nd time, you will be asked to leave. Please help us ensure that the main area stays free of bodily fluids to that it can be enjoyed by others. 
  • If you leave anything (including your mate) unattended we are not responsible for theft or anything else that may happen. Please take care of your partner. It is exciting and a new adventure but we remind you that you arrived with your partner so stay with your partner.
  • In the 'couples play area' it is ALWAYS two in and two out. If you must leave for a restroom break, then either leave with your partner or stay in the private room until they return. If you wish to play with a single gentleman as a third to your play scenario, please utilize the ‘single side’ play area located past the bar/restrooms.
  • NO FIGHTING. If you have a bone to pick, please do not pick it on our property. We have security but we don't want to have to use them.  
  • NO DRINKS ON THE DANCE FLOOR. We don't want anyone to slip and fall, and we also don't want to short out the electric in the floor. Liquid & Electric don't mix!
  • When standing outside the venue, it is important not to draw attention to the venue or the members by conversing with passersby, patrons of Fox & Hound or others. Do NOT give information about the venue, the events etc. to anyone that may approach you. Again, this is for the safety and security of all. 
  • Please respect our Staff & Management. They are here to ensure everyone has a good time. If you are reminded of the rules by a staff member, please comply. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave.

SINGLE MALE POLICY:

  • ALL Saturdays & Newbie Night Fridays, Single Men must maintain reserved seating at the bar. Single Men are welcome to join a group or couple in the main area if invited away from the bar, but must remain with that couple/group. If at any time the couple/group decide to leave the area or play without the Single, the Single must then return to his place at the bar.
  • Single Men MUST wear the wristband that designates them as a single at ALL times. This helps members to identify that you are a single looking to play and is a security measure for our staff. Any Single Man found without his wristband will be asked to leave immediately.
