APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. VALID ID REQUIRED

⚠️ ALL APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE A VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID.

Accepted forms include:
• Driver’s License
• Passport
• State ID
• Other Government-Issued Identification

COUPLES APPLYING TOGETHER:

🚨 You MUST upload ONE photo showing BOTH IDs together in the SAME image.

IMPORTANT:

✅ Upload ID photos to the:
“Visible to Site/Admin” section ONLY.

🔒 Photos uploaded to “Visible to Site/Admin” are ONLY visible to Red Room Nashville staff.

⚠️ Photos uploaded to “Visible to Members” WILL be publicly visible on your profile.

This verification process helps us:
• Maintain member security
• Verify identities
• Ensure only approved members attend events

🚫 Applications submitted WITHOUT proper ID verification WILL NOT be approved.

NAME REQUIREMENTS

⚠️ You MUST use your LEGAL name exactly as it appears on your ID.

• Your application name MUST match your uploaded identification.
• Your legal name is ONLY visible to Red Room Nashville staff.
• Your legal name is NEVER publicly displayed to members.

PROFILE PHOTO & ALBUM GUIDELINES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

⚠️ To protect member privacy, please follow these rules carefully:

• Photos may ONLY contain the applicant(s) connected to the profile.
• 🚫 DO NOT post photos showing faces of non-members or other individuals.
• Use blur effects, stickers, or cropping to protect identities when needed.

PHOTO GUIDELINES:

• 🚫 No male nudity in the PRIMARY profile photo
• ✅ Male nudity IS permitted within albums
• ✅ Sexy, provocative, and kinky photos ARE allowed

⚠️ FAKE OR STOLEN PHOTOS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE PROFILE REMOVAL.

All photos should be:
✔ Recent
✔ Clear
✔ Authentic

APPLICATION PROCESSING & ACCEPTANCE

⏰ Applications MUST be submitted at least 24 HOURS BEFORE the event you wish to attend.

✅ Applying 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE is strongly recommended.

PLEASE NOTE:
• Applications typically require a minimum of 24 hours for review
• Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods
• Approval notifications will be sent via email

🚫 SAME-DAY APPLICATIONS MAY NOT BE APPROVED IN TIME FOR EVENTS.
