APPLICATION PHASE:

 ***PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE REQUIREMENTS OR YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT BE APPROVED!*** 

1.       A driver's license or another form of ID (Passport etc.) is required to verify applicants. If applying as a couple, a single photo showing the front 
          of BOTH ID's in the same photo is required.

             o   This photo should be loaded to the "Visible to Site/Admin" field of the application.

             o   By loading to the "Site/Admin" field, this photo is only visible to our staff and will not be visible to other members unless you make it so.

             o   Pictures loaded to “Visible to Members” field will be visible on your profile.

             o   This is required so that we can ensure we are only admitting approved members to our events and serves as a security measure.

2.          Names: You must use your legal names as they appear on your IDs to apply. Your names must match the identification uploaded with your application.  

    o   Your names are not visible to anyone but the staff.

PROFILE CREATION:

1.          Photos contained in your albums (both member & Passkey) must not feature any faces except those of the profile owners. Please use a blur or
            e-sticker to prevent identity of others in your photos.     
2.          No male nudity on Primary profile photo, but permitted in your albums.
3.          Kinky nudes are permitted! Keep in mind this is not Facebook, we are a sexy community!
4.          Fake images not of the applicant(s) will result in profile's removal. Please use real pics only! 
5.          Pics must be recent and clear.
6.          Images advertising unauthorizd events/products will be removed immediately. Repeat offenses will result in removal.
7.          We reserve the right to remove content that does not meet the above guidelines.

PROFILE CONTENT:

• We encourage you to completely fill out your profile to encourage connections. The more info you provide, the better your prospects will be.
• The About Me section should detail your experience in the lifestyle and where you heard about Red Room Nashville. 
• The Seeking section allows you to give others an idea of what things you are interested in pursuing or exploring. This is the place to be open and honest to find the best chance of meeting people with similar interests!

ACCEPTANCE:

1. Applications must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start time of an event you wish to attend. Applying at least 72 hours in advance is preferred. You will be notified via email.
2. Please note that responses will take a minimum of  24 hours to process and may take longer based on current volume of applications.
